SDR/SIR/SAR Evaluation

The table below shoes the SDR, SIR, and SAR values obtained from the outputs:

The Spleeter values were used as "expected" values to compare with the DSP methods. We noticed that all of our values were significantly lower than expected. Surprisingly, the method that had the best values was NMF using the Mel spectrogram. This method performs the best quantitatively, but performs the worst qualitatively. HPSS & NMF with a regular spectrogram, the method that performed the best qualitatively, performed the worst quantitatively. Based on these conflicting results, we conclude that the qualitative assessment is a more accurate measure of the source separation.
